Don’t touch them with a barge pole - ordered two boxes, money has come straight off my account yet no contact from merchant re delivery and unable to get anyone to communicate with me to let me know what’s going on. Bought voucher from wowcher who have washed their hands and said as I paid money direct to merchant I need to take this up with them. Not impressed with either company I won’t be using either again. Be warned

Was looking for some of my cash back which had built up. Had to email the request as it had to be approved. Very quick response from Neko regarding this. No issues in getting back the amount I wanted and monies returned quicker than promised. Delighted.
