Customer Service does not exist

Bought a Tiny Lavazza machine in February 2024 and after 5 months was not working anymore. I contacted the customer support to find a solution and how to fix it. They asked me to descaler and still same issue and they asked for a video. Sent the video and no response anymore. Tried to contact them many times and no response at all. I had to buy a new one but that time to Lavazza directly. As you can imagine we are really disappointed with that company.
