I used Kierda construction to renovate…

I used Kierda construction to renovate our rundown conservatory into an amazing orangery. I asked loads of questions (yes, that annoying customer) and they never tired of answering - providing all the necessary details to satisfy my curiosity!

They worked long hours to get the job done within the specified time and always with a smile!! Thank you so much.

Ps I’ve now passed on your details to several friends so expect a few calls soon!

Review of Sumissura

UPDATE: Despite Sumissura stating they’d like to resolve the issue I never heard from them again!!! I’m down by £109.00, do not have the dress, no refund or alternative resolution was ever offered!

I ordered a made-to-measure dress for my son’s wedding. The measurements I provided were completely different from the actual item I received. I sent photos ( as requested by Sumissura) to show how over-sized the dress was ( 2 sizes larger).

In addition:
•The sleeves were 10cms too short which could not be altered.
•There were several loose threads - one of which was in the zip which caught as soon as I unzipped to try on.
•The material was cheap and nasty
• The dress arrived in a screwed up plastic wrapper which was shoved into my letterbox - not Sumissura’s fault but added to the negative experience
• The colour shade was different to that shown on their website

I was asked to take the dress to the nearest tailor to fix (1hr drive, each way) and upon doing so the tailor agreed that it could not be altered, and kept hold of the dress until a resolution was agreed.

Since then I’ve requested a refund ( son’s wedding has been and gone) as the dress is no longer required and I’ve lost all faith!

I’ve used Sumissura before when I ordered made-to-measure trench coats which were 1st class -service and products - and I also heavily promoted the business and my experience to many friends and family!

When raising a customer complaint you’re taken round and round in circles with the same response “ we want to make this right for you”, clearly you don’t or this would have happened by now ( 2 mths of backward and forward emails between the company and the tailor, with no resolution in sight)

So now I’m down £100.00 and don’t have a dress - not good customer UX Sumussura!

Suffice to say I WON’t be using your service again.
