Exceeded expectations
After purchasing the S1, I quickly realized that the RA2Pro rotary cable that I got with the D1 Pro would not work with the S1. So I contacted Customer Support & explained to them the problem, Sarai happily shipped me a new cable free of charge. In addition, they also helped me submit my D1 for the trade up program. Response times were very reasonable & the S1 itself has been a joy to use!
