Delayed order
Did an order with some items being preorder with expected delivery date within 3 weeks. Got to 5 weeks later and still no delivery with radio silence as well. Finally on the 5th week got an email saying it was “delayed”. Could’ve worked that out myself. Then arrived a week later. Overall neutral on the experience probably wouldn’t buy from again though.
