I’ve no problem with the dash cam. I fitted it and it was straight forward. It fits neatly next to my rear view mirror and doesn’t obstruct or obscure my vision. It’s nice and compact.
The only reservation I do have is because it’s left running all the time in a loop and needs very little interaction, I’m now unsure how good I would be at downloading any information from it if ever I need to after a crash or incident. (My IT skills maybe some what lacking…..but that could be said of any make of cam) . Other than that, it’s great.

Poor customer service once you eventually get through to them and that’s near impossible. Returns policy for Christmas bought items isn’t long enough. Dreadful support.
