A wish I could give ZERO STARS because I finally got up to enough to cash out and I was unable to verify my account. So I submitted a request for help over a week ago AND STILL NO RESPONSE from customer service!!! 😡 I’ll tell you this don’t waste your time on “WOWVEGAS”

Luckylandslots used to be my go to and…

Luckylandslots used to be my go to and I would win often.. BUT NOW! No that is not the case I have spends hundreds of dollars in the past few months and not won at all. They increased the prices of the “small” package from $1.99 for 2 SC to $2.99! And the same for the $5 package to $5.99. Then my last complaint is the rewards program that is nearly impossible to reach let alone afford. Luckylandslots… y’all have changed man.

At first the free play daily wheel was…

At first the free play daily wheel was great. The minimum you would get daily was .50 cents and went up to even $15.00 which I did in fact get a few times. But the recent change to the daily wheel is not so good. The minimum is .10 which they claim you can win up to $25.00 but it probably never happens. In my personal experience, I’ve only claimed .10 each freaking day and I’m not too impressed with this at all. I have been a loyal “Rubysweeper” since early 2023 and I spent a moderate amount of money and I don’t feel like I am getting the best VIP experience as I used to get.
