The invoice for the new Pergola was confusing as the "freebees" weren't free on the page. I called and the tech said someone would call the next day. Ken did, although he did not realize the time difference between Washington DC and California, he did walk me through the invoice and explained that the freebees were subtracted from the original price before adding them back into the total. So no issue except for the confusing way the invoice "billed" the freebees out of the Pergola price. I explained that, in the future, it might be better to change the invoice accounting method and avoid the customer confusion. He also stated he would work to improve the current delivery date, so I appreciate his effort.
