This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at The Ivy CheIsea Garden was extremely disappointed — the service was so bad, I have no words. My daughter’s birthday was completely ruined. And to top it all off, we were given a bill with a service charge, which of course we refused to pay. When I mentioned how terrible the service was, the manager just replied, ‘Yeah, okay,’ with no real reaction or apology. I will never go there again, and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

Really not happy with help centre, I have tried to contact them for help. They only answer with automated messages constantly. I have bought a dress but it came ripped, the rip was not provided with pictures by the seller.
