So I totally would not recommend this website to no one.

So yesterday I wanted to deposit and stuff on Ruby sweeps, and so I asked them about the redemption part in case I won that if for some reason wouldn't verify me. But my account was verified, so today, this is the response I get back from them.
It's not like they're the best online could see no. Anyways, they don't barely have nothing on their website. And they're rude.

After investigating your account we have concluded that your account activity has not met our Terms and Conditions, and we have now permanently banned your account. 😣

5.3 Sponsor/Promoter may at any time decide to suspend and/or cancel the participation of an Account Holder and/or any users acting from that user’s IP address in promotional activities, competitions or other services, including all services, whenever Sponsor/Promoter has honest concerns that an account is used for any of the following;
5.3.1 illegal, fraudulent or other
5.3.2 dishonest practices; compulsive, pathological or addictive gaming; and/or
5.3.3 collusion which is defined as including but not being limited to use of an account by more than one person and/or a single account being funded by multiple payment provider accounts.
5.4 Emeralds are only valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date a Participant last logged on to their Customer Account and will then automatically expire.
‍5.5 Emeralds may also be forfeited if a Participant’s Customer Account is deactivated for any reason, or at the Sponsor/Promoter’s discretion.

Any account created in the future will also be disabled.
