About pulled my spleen out of my sphincter. Great experience. Did things I don't think I can ever do but am going to keep trying. Felt like i got hit by a train the next day but 8 days later I felt amazing:)

Hello Paul, Please note that you have left a review on the wrong yoga school, and we would appreciate it if you can delete it. This can happen as there are a lot of schools out there and many with similar names. We are a yoga teacher training institution and do not offer yoga classes or retreats. We only offer yoga teacher trainings that are 18 day and 25 day immersions in Costa Rica, California, Hawaii, Peru and Greece. We also offer online CE courses for yoga teachers. Finally we are a therapeutic focused school and typically make sure to teach with great bio-mechanically sound alignment and a flare for safety.
