Paid £5.99 for next day delivery, nothing shows up. 3 days later, after complaining we get updates. I’m not ordering from here again. I’d advise you to do the same.

Just Eat are an absolute joke, they have been hiding any of my negative feedback I’ve given when against big companies ie Burger King or McDonald’s, they just show my star rating but not my actual review. What is the point of asking us to review places if they are going to hide it anyway? They don’t refund you when your order is missing things or gets stolen(happened multiple times) they just don’t give one cr*p about their customers. 1000% Avoid! Never using them again, I’m deleting the app. I’d advise you to do the same.

When I leave a good review, it shows up no problem. When I have a bad experience, contact them or/and leave an honest bad review for the takeaway, just eat hide it. This has happened a few times and it’s not acceptable. I usually read reviews to know if a place is clean, has decent food and delivered within timeframe. If they keep deleting honest reviews from paying customers then how can anyone judge a place impartially? It seems, they protect big companies ie McDonald’s, Costa, Burger king. Small local companies they leave the bad reviews up. I’m going to avoid just eat from now on.

I put £60 on and it wasn’t on my pink casino account but left my bank straight away, thought it was a glitch/tech issue, would be deposited abit later. I left it for awhile and then, deposited £100(tonight) and it didn’t show up on my pink casino account, yet again! It left my bank straight away though! They are absolute thieves! Avoid at all costs! Will never use this site again!
