Freezer not defrosting

Technician Paul S
Knew what time he was arriving which is always a plus.
Punctual courteous identified the problem quickly and fixed the blockage to the freezer very quickly.
All in all you could not get a better quicker service from a company and person. Definitely recommend Fisher & Paykel repairs.

Claim to support sme s they don’t be wary of joining them.

No I've made two phones calls I've received no assistance. I think you should re look at the banking relationship?

Oxwich Leisure park

If you are a small business do not use them. You can’t get through on a phone call and they don’t answer your questions on the app. Even the CEO and senior management don’t reply when they are included on a complaint email.
Phone 4 times a total of over 2 times no answers. 19 messages on the Co-op Bank Business app not answered. They have answered on The Co-operative Business chat on Facebook messenger. They don't reply on LinkedIn they are more concerned about their ESG Impact Award
