Very disappointing with Samsung..
This time I am trying to do a trade in of my old Iphone and buy the new galaxy s24 ultra ... every time when I try to do the trade in the Samsung system it said they can't do it because my Iphone EMAI is not recognised.. they suggest to turn off all the tracking systems from the IPhone then it was done, but still nothing ... I contacted around 10 times customer services they said they can't do anything because is Apple fault I went to Apple store the could easily proved me that the EMAI is perfectly recognises and is not problem with my EMAI, then Samsung said is the service phone provider fault, then I went to Vodafone and they confirm in not their problem as they no manage any EMAI from any phone companies... then I back again with Samsung who advise me to contact their trade in team Asurion Australia Pty Ltd and I sent and email around 20 days ago... but never answer the email.... still waiting for that apparently team, that I still have my doubts if exist... So basicly I want to be a new Samsung customer and they don't want me as a part of them, they offered a trade in for phones but when you do that they put a lo of problems for that, so what Samsung going to answer about this... also I saw reviews somewhere else and it is a very common issue with Samsung...
