We used our frequent flyer points for our family return trip to London. There was a change of flight schedule from Adelaide to Sydney which meant we would have missed our connecting flight. There were other earlier flights available to Sydney but were told we weren't able to go on these flights via the loyalty program. By this time the Qantas flights to Sydney were quite expensive so we purchased tickets from another airline. We were promised a partial refund of FF points as compensation, and finally after many phone calls in writing as well. That was 4 months ago. Another phone call getting bounced around again only to be told a day later in writing that I wont have any points refunded. Very frustrating being misled all this time.

We had a private transfer from Naples to Positano for 4 of us. Our driver, Marco, was punctual, friendly and went over and above for us. He stopped along the way for us to take some photos and even bought us all a refreshing lemon granita. Excellent service all round.
