I am advising any and everybody anywhere. Including social media not to engage in business with this company. A total failure in communication and their negative stance in not providing my refund for a domain I never authorized. The Domain was only $200.00 in purchase, and they rather get bad publicity of their unprofessionalism than refund me. The worker Dwayne is an embarrassment to their company and should be fired.

WEBENGINERS have yet to respond to or address my concerns being the truth matters. Still awaiting my refund and a response from the board on their issues...

Trustworthy and informative organization

For months I've been trying to obtain my refund from this company due to the unprofessional work and promise on the company behalf. Dwayne who was assigned to my project and supposed owner of the company per say he in conversations have led me on and lied over and over of my refund being returned. The website refund was provided months ago but not the unauthorized Domain refund of $249.00. I've been passed off to a lady by the name of Rose who stated my funds would be returned two months ago and haven't. When I get in touch with her she lies and says she's looking into it. When and if I speak to Dwayne he also leads me on. This company I would not recommend to anyone based on these and more issues noted since November 2023. I am so frustrated with these people who represent this WEBENGINERS BRAND. I only wish to close out my dealings with them upon the return of my refund...

Call after call with Rose and Dwayne and nothing has been accomplished in obtaining my refund. Rose provided nothing but lies and didn't follow up on any of my concerns. It seemed that Rose was working closely with Dwayne to lead me on and not resolved my issues. I called Dwayne once again and he finally spoke to me of resolving the issue saying he will reach out to whomever to complete the process of my refund but once again no results. Two weeks have passed and no word. He sated I would get an email of the progress, and nothing has come through. I am so disappointed in WEBENGINEERS, and the unprofessional service rendered. They just pass you along hoping you will give up on your request for action. I will continue to call and post the issues noted until my refund is returned. this is unbelievable.

Totally disappointed and ashame of this company, preferably Dwayne and his customer service skills. Unsatisfied with the process and I do not recommend their services. I've only received a refund for the web page bit not the unauthorized Domain Mr. Dwayne is telling me o have to keep. I have no use for it or the company service. I've asked for the supervisor or upper chair of command names and he refuses to provide that information to me, instead of that he moves me around to other individuals I have no trust in. They tell me I'll received my remaining refund and then nothing happens. I call and call and is sent to voice-mails. Mr. Dwayne told me at one point to take the Domain and go away.. I'm still trying to speak to a higher person at the company with no results. I only wish to have my remaining refund returned and the Domain canceled in my name. It's only right for these individuals who I've had contacts with to do their job.
