EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We booked our holiday for 2026 with Virgin today and were so pleased with the service we received. Miriam was so knowledgeable about our destination and made sure we got the price we got online. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and got what we wanted. We will not hesitate to use Virgin Atlantic Holidays again in the future!

Car hire sorted

James at Netflights was really helpful in sorting out our car rental for our trip to Florida. He was really knowledgeable about the rental company and choice of cars and happily answered all of our questions. The price was competitive too. We were really happy with the service and the communication since then. We have used Netflights in the past and I'm sure will do again.
