wasted money
order id: 1395975, case id: 37765 - I've got a wrong code - Microsoft says: "this code has already been redeemed" (code used earlier, not by me, screens attached) - no sensible answer from seller, only blah blah blah - 18 days passed, many tickets, many chats, many mails to administration and nothing happens - every time answer is "we will re-contact the supplier and try to resolve it as soon as possible"

I am very sorry that your problem with the seller did not get resolved as you wanted.
If you do not reach a resolution with the seller in chat, you can submit a Dispute and in a follow up action escalate your case to Claim. You can do this on our detailed order page.
Our team will process your claim within 3 working days. Based on our rules and regulations will make the right decision.
But please note, if your problem is related to the fact that you did not read the product description or the description of the offer or you bought the product by mistake and after delivery you ask for a refund, your Claim will be rejected.
But if the seller has violated the delivery rules or the product is not working, our team will respond to your Claim and finalise it in your favour.
