Jennifer Tian has offered professional and timely support since my xTool P2 had suffered damage from a fire. She maintained daily communication with me and xTool staff, and promptly sent a replacement P2. During initial set up, I was unable to connect to Wifi after a firmware update. Jennifer sent detailed troubleshooting instructions and links but I was still unable to connect. She sent and guided me in downloading new firmware which resolved the issue. Thank you! 😊
