Lita our tour guide to elephant sanctuary and Island hopping tour was amazing . Her demeanour and enthusiasm was infectious . There was only four of us on the trip and she stayed with us all the time. Her knowledge was to be commended. A thoroughly enjoyable day

Homecare service is a con . It’s ok for annual service but that’s about it . They claim to have emergency cover 24/7 . That means an autuomated service that is so frustrating . If you call out of hours or bank holidays you have no chance of resolving a situation and end up having to use another more accessible service . Shocking !! Even the complaints email on Google isn’t recognised . I hope all the staff had a wonderful bank holiday because mine was ruined by water pouring out of my boiler
