Incredible experience since buying it from the first time. I had to rebuilt my trip and shorten some stays and talking to them through the chat were able to manage all the changes without any extra cost.
We had some issues with the flights but that was all Ryanair, not the platform. All the check ins were done by them and sent the boarding passes without any problem. Flix buses worked fantastically, I have never travelled with them and with no doubt was fantastic. In all I would definitely recommend buying on this platform. Good deals and excellent customer service.

I haven't travelled with them yet, but I have some problems and had to rearrange my dates, without hesitation they asked and were able to change my intierary without any cost. For sure I'll recommend using it because customer service acted immediately and 24/7.
