Would never use this site again. Owner cancelled the last two days of our booking saying "there is a conflict". Makes me very nervous that Vrbo allow this behaviour. Was left scrambling to get alternative accommodation.

Our kitchen blind ripped during a renovation and unfortunately not able to be repaired, however Richard was very helpful in advising and at the end of the day gave us a discount for a replacement. Much appreciated. Very prompt answers from him (even including a Sunday morning) and prompt delivery via UPS
