Preordered to ghost funkos in April…

Preordered to ghost funkos in April with an ETA of July. Relieved little to know contact from them you can now purchase the ghost funkos elsewhere i have messaged the help email address numerous times but have only had to replies on one day. They asked me to provide evidence they was avalible else where which I did and guess what... no reply.. I dont want to leave a bad review I just want regular contact about my Preorder.

A company is only as good as its ability to resolve issues

Rubbish not just Allen but Sarah the twitter team and the customer service in general is disgusting.

The age restriction on the ticket changed after I ordered it meaning I had to spend an additional £200 on a ticket which is entirely unethical.

There is no contact phone number to have a conversation with a human directly and resolve issues instead you have to battle with an ai to get it to refer you to a human then wait for 24 hours then hound them.on twitter

Only for the humans to reply using a scripted email that best fits and doesn't really answer the question its absolutely disgusting.

A company is only as good as its ability to resolve issues ticketmaster you have failed.
