After doing lot of research, I bought this ramcooler for my bedroom from a Ram cooler dealer shop. After 7 days, the motor got burned. Although It got no replaced from the company, even i call their support number no response i think i become victim of this fraud ramcoolers company.
I regret my decision of buying this cooler. In same flat, my other roomate bought a local company metal body dessert in just Rs. 2500, trust me that cooler cools the room much better than this so called Nagpuri Ram cooler.
Also few days back, I bought bajaj fibre cooler for my parents, again this fibre cooler makes less noise and cools better than this ram cooler. Not at all worth of money. Also spare parts of tgis cooler is too cheap. Button and its regulator looks so cheap. I would suggest for some local metallic cooler or for this fraud ramcooler fibre body cooler. But not this!
