Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. They are supposed to be a communications company, but it is impossible to speak to anyone who isn't reading of a script. The list of my grievances are to long to go into hear and I expect to get a computer generated response which tells me to call the generic numbers. I'm fed up of promised call backs that don't materialise or spending my life on hold. Just avoid them if you can, a terrible, terrible company!
