Postage an issue

Online birthday card ordering process was fine. Chose first class delivery 5 days before I needed it.
Card did not arrive and has not since.
Contacted Hallmark who advised me another would be sent by 24hr post.
This arrived 3 days later.
I appreciate that this may be a Royal Mail issue but if you rely on post/couriers for your business, then you have to be sure it works. Don’t think I will use them again.
