Excellent customer service
On the rare occasions (three times in two years) when the cats have managed to lose their collars & I've struggled with making the homestation mobile, the support has been excellent - even at the w/es! The collars are the best I've come across for cats so far as they're the lightest/smallest tracker devices on the market. My cats are too small for other options which seem to be made mainly with dogs in mind.
