To be fair the website is the best compare with the rest, there still a lot to be improved but it is great for the creator and buyer perspective

The UX for creators need a lot of improvements, it is confusing and quite a mess, but still is working once you get your ways around

From the buyer point of view is great, very reliable

My 2cents will be add a new menu options for creators with a simplified way to see their options

and a big big big complain about the time for plugins to be approved, it is fair if they have a long queue for approvals, but they don't give enough visibility of how long this process might take
