The clarity of what's requested is appreciated.
I would have given 5 stars except there was one question that presented a dilemma. In the first instance it asked "when were you aware of this" or words to that affect. But in the review of the answers this question became, "when did this happen". That's two different scenerios and I was conflicted about this.

They took the time to communicate regarding what was needed to complete my claim.
