If the order is wrong they won't replace it they'll just tell you that's what you ordered

They sent me the wrong item when I showed pictures of the item they said that's what I ordered. Email receipt i sent to them and it still said that's why I ordered and shows clear picture but what I ordered and what they sent me doesn't match they don't care. this is what i order.
