Great customer service
Got my bed delivered on Tuesday. Unfortunately they hadn't manufactured the extra large headboard into smaller sections for delivery as agreed prior to ordering so I was unable to get it into the bedroom. I had one phonecall to customer services and they apologised profusely and accepted their error without question as it was noted on my account. Not only did they confirm they would remanufacture the headboard for me immediately as requested that they would have it delivered and assembled ASAP FOC. Today is Thursday and it's been delivered as promised and assembled by the delivery guys. I can understand fully that mistakes happen were human, but the way in which this company took ownership of their error and rectified it was superb. There aren't many companies now who would do so, I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thankyou for your great customer service and a beautiful bed.

Sharing my experience in the hope it helps others in similar situation.
Daniel has been a star with helping me secure my mortgage, under very difficult circumstances.
Being a single mum of 2 SEN children, one of which is registered disabled means I had to quit my full time job to be a full time carer, which as you can appreciate has been incredibly difficult. Needing to buy a new home and needing to get a new mortgage to be arranged caused a monumental challenge for Daniel because most lenders don't help people in my situation. This obviously infuriates me, because with perfect credit, no finance and a substantial deposit from the sale of the house I could no longer afford, I presented Daniel with a substantial challenge.
Yet again he's come through. Mortgage secured on a new affordable home for me and my children which gives me security and stability which we desperately need.
