My experience with Discount ESP AKA: Autrella
Update 5/23
After posting this and other similar reviews, I received a call on the 13th from Autrella's Chief Operating Officer, "W." Initially, the conversation was challenging, but we were able to reach a positive solution. They revisited my claim with the intent of covering the loss. After a few follow-up conversations and sorting out the payment details, I am pleased to say that I received the funds electronically in my bank account yesterday.
My claim was related to pothole damage to both wheels, for which I had purchased additional tire and wheel coverage. The contract language clearly states, "We will pay for costs to repair or replace the original equipment or like replacement tires and/or wheels of your motorcycle that fail due to contact with a road hazard (pothole or debris on the road surface such as nail, rock, or tree limb)." My situation was clearly covered.
"W" acknowledged the need for retraining the initial "Dealer Relationship Manager" on their internal processes and emphasized the importance of clear and transparent communication with consumers. While the additional steps were troublesome, the end result—43 days later—is great.
Final thoughts: Autrella seems to be a reliable company. Like many businesses, they may have some gaps in staff training, but in the end, if you raise your concerns to the right level, they will take the necessary actions.

My experience with Discount ESP AKA: Autrella Assurance has been incredibly disappointing. Despite having what seemed like clear coverage outlined in the policy documents, my claim was unceremoniously denied.
The "Dealer Relations Manager" handling my case rejected the claim solely based on email exchanges, without bothering to verify the damage. It felt like a completely arbitrary decision. It was only after I escalated the matter by filing a Consumer Complaint with the State that they begrudgingly offered a third-party inspection of the damages.
It's been a month, and there's been no resolution. The Dealer Relations Manager seems to have gone silent, ignoring my emails, and the Google Voice number provided goes straight to voicemail.
If you're considering an extended warranty, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Discount ESP's, AKA: Autrella, lack of accountability and communication is truly concerning.
