Tried to return stated not yet…

Tried to return stated not yet delivered so wouldn't accept .To contact Debenhams had to download messenger person couldn't help put through to someone else who never responded .will never hop at Debenhams gain

I ordered heleniums end of summer

I ordered heleniums end of summer. Got an email re what happens next. After nothing arrived after a month I contacted (what a palaver downloading Qr code &what's app) only for a curt message they will be despatched November. What? Well it's November no email no plants. I'll not be dealing with them again
Can't even get a refund no response to request

Poor advice

New to looking after a car after loss of husband
Warning light came on rang Skoda mechanic didn't know what it was get it towed and they'd look at it on a date 8 days away
So drove to another garage who recognized tyre pressure light and dealt with it problem solved in 10 minutes not impressed
