I introduced The Muscle Booster program as a daily program. I already do morning exercises while laying in bed and nighttime exercises when going to bed for the evening. The trouble with me is, I can only do them laying down in bed or standing up but getting up and down on the floor is not an option. I also do front inside laterals as well as military presses and curls with 20 pound dumbbells during the day. So I am very new at this and we are still in the process of contouring workouts to my ability.
