I AM GUTTED

I AM GUTTED
I had a problem with ASK-CREW, I got through explaining my problem, then my screen dropped out.
By the time I got into the web site again. I was sitting in a line. 2 were ahead of me. After 10 minutes plus, I had to leave.
I WAS CHARGED $69 FOR NO HELP WHATSOEVER.
I DEMAND A REFUND. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL.SO I don't have to respond to Consumer Affairs or the like.

I was talking to someone.
My screen dropped out.
By the time i got the screen back, I was placed in a queue, I waited, and waited. I was frustrated so logged out.
I am GUTTED. I GOT NO HELP. I FOUND OUT I PAID $69. FOR NO SERVICE EVEN.
I demand a REFUND. NOBODY COULD BE HAPPY WITH WHAT I WAS SUBJECTED TO!
