I had a problem with ASK-CREW, I got through explaining my problem, then my screen dropped out.
By the time I got into the web site again. I was sitting in a line. 2 were ahead of me. After 10 minutes plus, I had to leave.
I WAS CHARGED $69 FOR NO HELP WHATSOEVER.
I DEMAND A REFUND. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL.SO I don't have to respond to Consumer Affairs or the like.
