I originally wrote a poor review. However, after reaching out to customer service, a gentleman by the name of Chris walked me through several hurdles with the technology and the understanding of the process. This company and many companies need employees like Chris. With all the hoops you have to jump through with modern technology, getting lost in the shuffle seems inevitable. So we accept it and beat our head against the wall behind closed doors.

TODAY, was a refreshing experience to finally talk to a human who is committed to the process, committed to his company and committed to excellent customer service. Chris changed my frustrating norm into a wonderful experience.

I can not believe people are actually giving this company a good review. I ordered a dress for my wedding. Not custom. I tried it on for literally 1 minute. It left a rash under my under arms for a week! The material felt like shards of glass on my skin. The stitching looked like it was done by a toddler. It was so cheaply made i was flabbergasted by the price. I asked to return. shipping is 75.00 to China. If I knew it was being purchased from china I would have never bought it. They have a US return address on package upon delivery. Be careful. This place just wants to keep your money and leave you with a useless cheap dress. I wouldn’t be caught dead in it. BEWARE. They won’t refund shipping to or from china and claim to charge a restock fee even though it was not custom and poorly made. They do not clearly disclose their policies.
