Attempted to sign up on the website
Attempted to sign up on the website, Ultimate Family 2 person and at checkout, charged double what was listed for the first year.
I called and talked to someone that was difficult to understand, couldn't grasp an e-mail address that was a personal website account and could not give me a reason why the checkout invoice was double. He only said that it would be different when I charged it.
After about an hour, I completed the application and was told to await an e-mail to continue adding information.
When completing the info, only my credit score appeared, not the second person's (my wife).
What is the purpose of paying for a two person account and only have one person information displayed?
We were Lifelock members prior to this and didn't have this issue.
