Be Prepared for the LONG Wait
Transfers out of the peoples pension proved to be a long and painful journey. The amount of e mails and phone call lack of response which delay smooth and simple transfers is frankly staggering. You will be told at all stages that because of pension legislation changes to prevent pension scams in 2021 due diligence must be shown which peoples pension have turned on its head so as to keep funds "in house" Be warned if you are thinking of taking or transferring you pension in 2025 or 2026 start proceedings now because its a long and stressful process.
