Shopping for Mother of the Groom…

Shopping for Mother of the Groom dresses. The sales consultant did not know a thing about the products available, nor have any suggestions about dresses. She did not understand the sizing of the garments. She thought a discount was applied to a pantsuit because the pants were missing. In actuality, the entire garment was on sale, and the pants were actually missing. Ended up ordering the pantsuit through the store to get both pieces. It took a manager to clear up the mis-information and get the pantsuit ordered. As I was paying for the pantsuit that was ordered, the sales associate wanted to "help me" place a 5 star review for her. Nice person, but totally incompetent or untrained.

Ten days later, I tried contacting customer service for an update on the status of the pantsuit we ordered in the store. Called the 844 number, and after many AI prompts, was told to text my problem to the text line, and then hung up on (I tried this multiple times throughout the next 48 hours that it took to get a text response, and had the same outcome). I texted mid-morning, got no response until 10:00 that evening (after I had gone to bed). One hour later, my case was closed because I had not responded. I texted again the next morning; got no response until 7:45 pm. Currently the garment is expected to arrive in the store in another week, and no, I cannot cancel it at this point in time. I have to wait for it to show up at the store, then return it. In the meantime, my credit card has been charged for the pantsuit. We will see when it actually shows up.
Customer service is NOT a priority.
