Appalling customer service. Do not use. We booked an 8 night stay in Portugal and there were cockroaches in the villa, drainage issues, the villa looked so outdated and dirty compared to the photos. Customer service don’t care about the issues. Never use this cmpany!

Do not use. Absolutely hopeless and they list misleading information about properties. They don’t care when things go wrong. Don’t book through them.

Would not recommend, wish I’d read the reviews prior to booking. We stayed at villa Nespereira. Family of 5 adults be 2 children. There were cockroaches and ants. The floor hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Overall was very dirty and unhygenic. The furniture is stained. The drainage in the downstairs bathroom was faulty so smelt of sewage and was blocked/shower wouldn’t drain properly. Whilst the villa is big it’s very poorly maintained. Cracked tiles, loose toilet seat, dirty towels were provided, the glass was missing from a table so it was only the frame. The headboard was peeling, the property requires serious attention to repair and requires a deep clean. Every fabric chair has stains on it. Complained and was told this is a sought after location. The company dos not care. Absolutely horrendous experience would not recommend at all. Deposit was also taken almost a month before our stay and we have to wait 2 weeks for it to be returned. I have now made 3 orders. 2 of which were delivered next day by DPD. From ordering, to the email communication I can’t fault the service. I’ve now had 15 suits from here which I’m happy with. Some of the sizing is bigger than expected so check the size chart for each outfit as different fabric has different sizing but I like a looser fit anyway so it’s fine for me.
