Last week we used these guys to move our parents to a retirement village, and were really impressed with the service. Luke and Mark were great. Can’t recommend them enough!

Last October I registered power of attorney for my mum with Barclays, and set up the telephone banking facility. This afternoon I tried to pay an invoice for some care, and was sent round in circles by the automated service. I was twice put through to an advisor, and was told totally conflicting things by both. I’m still not sure why I wasn’t able to pay the bill, and ended up driving out to the care home, giving them a cheque. Is this the 21st century, or am I missing something?! I was on the phone for nearly an hour. Journey to hand over cheque=10 mins!
