Great quality and calue

I’ve been buying my bedding from Linen Cupboard for over a decade and it’s the best quality and value out there. Worth the investment especially the goose down duvets and the Egyptian cotton covers. The trouble now is how to get my teenagers out of bed.

Shockingly bad experience

I ordered 2 sets of made to measure curtains from John Lewis (Westfield Stratford store) back in September 2023. I am still waiting! The curtains and service is relatively expensive, but, having had curtains made with Jl before I felt it was worth it. Sadly, the experience has been awful. Constantly passed from one manager to another, measuring then re measuring, curtains then made and fit in the wrong fabric!! I have paid in full and still no curtains 7 months later. Have spoken to multiple managers - the entire team are absolutely incompetent, Think twice before using this service- you may end up out of pocket to the tune of thousands and without curtains.
