Advisor has not been helpful at all
Advisor not been helpful at all. As a customer care adviser, she doesn’t seem to care about her customers. I’ve been waiting for a pregnancy pillow for weeks now. DHL attempted to deliver it but didn’t ring the bell even though my husband was home, they just took a photo of my door and left. Now it’s been sent back to the depot, attempting to deliver at a service point and stuck there. Jouzelle just keeps telling me my address is incorrect and which is why delivery has failed, but if that were true, how did DHL manage to reach my door and take a photo? This experience has been extremely frustrating. She said I wasn't allowed a refund due to the incorrect address but now that pillow has been returned. JOKE.
