I'm disappointed to report that my experience with Swiftqueue at Kings Mills Hospital fell short of expectations. I had driven 26 miles for a 40-minute journey to attend a scheduled appointment at 10:35, only to discover a ticket system in place with 34 people ahead of me in the queue. I was taken aback by the sheer number of people waiting.

With three phlebotomists on duty, I estimated that each person would take around 7-8 minutes to be seen. This meant I wouldn't be seen until at least 12:45 - a wait of over two hours. I couldn't help but wonder why Swiftqueue accepts appointments if they can't ensure a reasonable wait time.

In hindsight, I wish I had been informed about the ticket system and the potential wait time when I booked my appointment. A bit more transparency and communication would have gone a long way in managing my expectations.

I hope Swiftqueue takes my feedback on board and makes the necessary changes to improve their service. Until then, I would caution others to be prepared for a potentially lengthy wait when using Swiftqueue at Kings Mills Hospital, especially if you have a long journey to get there.

Super friendly Hiking Group

Super friendly hiking group. Varied routes and it is easy to join events on their FB page.

Met some amazing people, and hiked some incredible routes including being in the first group of HBUK to climb Kilimanjaro. This trip was super organised and perfectly executed.

I've also used information from the group to do my own hikes considering others advise and route knowledge.

Hiking Buddies set the foundations for a lot of my recent adventures. I rate them highly.

Food was missed, they offered a refund. Didn't happen, emailed twice about no refund happening, no reply.

Missing items

Missing items, no straws, cold food. Second time this has happened.

Rang helpline, refunded nuggets. Told me my fruit bag wasn't on the order. (It was)

Multi-million pound company can't even refund a single mother 50p for fruit bag! Shocking service. McDonald's manager even stated how they are aware Uber eats are shocking with their customer service. But their contract with Uber eats keeps their hands tied so the branch can't deal with issues surrounding missing food.
