Zero customer service
Ordered a Nice light but turned up missing the 3 bulbs I paid an extra £30 for. Emailed them on the delivery day 8th April and multiple times since, it’s now the 22nd so I’ve given them 2 weeks before posting this which is more than fair and still no response. Messaged on instagram and no response! No phone number to call them, pretty poor to be honest! Would never use again and would recommend to avoid! Check the other comments and response abuse, can’t respond to emails but have time to post sarcastic responses on TripAdvisor 🙄, Please deliver the bulbs or refund me my £30. *******Further to the trustpilot response you are just going to keep my £30 and not refund or deliver the bulbs? Are you serious?**********
