I bought their esim with data and calls included, it has been 3 days since then and they still haven’t released my data and calls, had to call multiple times, they says it can take up to 8 days. Do yourself a favour and buy your esim from another provider. Never in my life have I had to wait a week to get my esim working, that is normally done instantly and them not having an answer to give me is just shameful. Never again with Yettel!

Hasta hoy (abril 2024) he esperado 8 meses para que me activen la cuenta. Me han pedido todos los documentos posibles que las he mandado. Todavia sigo sin la cuenta activada. He estado llamando 2-3 veces por semana y siempre hay algun nuevo requerimiento. Parece una pelicula de comedia. Eviten esta empreza, que es estafa.
