I have been attempting to login to my Deferit but will not accept my password. Keeps saying my password does not match my email address. So I try password reset. Apparently an email has been sent to my nominated email address. However, I have not received it, neither in my inbox or spam folder. It has been half an hour since. I have attempted to contact them, but have no reply.
Not a very reliable service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Somewhere that is more reliable.

I'm sorry. I have to rant here. I know some of you might call me a crybaby or whatever, but you would rant too if you had to spend three weeks passing an impossible level just because you don't have money to spend on power ups.
But I have had it. This is Fishdom level 649. I have spent days without money trying to pass this level.
I have gone to YouTube for tutorial help, but to no avail. The tutorial shows that they can make several boosters, whereas I can make no more than three matches. If I do, it's only a couple of four matches. And when new pieces come down, there are no automatic power ups.
When I do get the rare power ups, I am forced to use it on the oil slick which expands everytime I'm forced to make a three-match move that is not near it.
I'd love to show you a picture, but if you google the level number above it may show you what I need as there is a technical issue with sharing the picture.
If there is anyone at all who can help me out, "without" passing judgement that would be a great help. I'm sure you all know how I feel. Because there may be some of you who are prideful enough to say they pass every level no worries without power ups. Well, I'm not one of those people. I'm sorry to rant, but I am just done. I love these puzzle games, but if Playrix is just out there to rob people of their money just pass levels, it makes me sick and I will no longer be a party to it.
In my opinion, it is 100 times worse than gambling. Because in gambling you have a chance to win some money, but in Playrix, you lose all money and never get it back. Ever!

Both Fishdom and Gardenscapes are evil.
Unless you pay with real money, you cannot move on to the next level. I am stuck on one level and I can’t pass it with out levels. I’ve spent 50 plus attempts but to no avail. Many times I have fallen victim to paying over and over again. I understand the game is free as someone has previously mentioned, but to pass levels is not free. Even the easy levels are no different to super hard. I remember playing at least 20 attempts on one easy level.
My view is that Playrix is possibly a scammer trying to con its customers/gamers out of their pocket. Totally evil. My advise to anyone reading this, do not waste your time with these games. I love the challenges in games. But when it involves paying money to pass the levels, it’s no longer fun.

What I hate about Fishdom is that it tries to suck out your money by getting the player to spend their what they don’t have just to buy power ups and and beat a level that is impossible to beat without power ups.
This game in my opinion reminds me of Satan. This game as well as others out there is no different than scammers conning us from our money. Very disappointing as I love games like this, but since there is money involved and one must use it to beat levels is in my opinion demonic.
