Not super happy with the process

I was able to get connected and get the prescription fairly quickly. I have only been doing the treatment for a month and so I haven't really seen any notable changes. What concerns me is the process/customer service. First of all, I questioned whether I was receiving the right dose of medicine. The bottle they send it in is so big, it was a tiny bit of medicine in the bottom of the bottle. They insist it is the correct amount but I have my doubts. Furthermore, it is difficult to get the medicine out without bending needle by having to insert it in sideways due to small amt. of medicine. The pharmacy has never returned my calls for help. IVYRX customer service is not that helpful either. It took them almost 20 days to resolve my first issue and I felt like I was getting the "run around" for 19 days. Not sure I trust this company just yet but I also realize I am limited on semiglutide options so not in the best situation here.
