Invest your money and time into a more pricey course!
As a beautician of 6+ years I wanted to start offering facial treatments again, as I haven’t offered these type of treatments since qualifying 8 years ago I thought I’d book this basic facial course through Wowcher as a recap for £9 (was apparently £££ if not booked through Wowcher)
Firstly the website was very slow working and hard to navigate. Didn’t teach me anything about the facial itself and products to use or recommend products, it just went over skin conditions and infection which as a beautician I already knew!!!
Wasn’t worth £9 never mind £££!!!!

AVIOD!
Ordered 3 items on 4/8/2025 and returned one item for an exchange over a month ago using the correct method stated on their website. Not received the new item or a refund. Contacted their customer service via email over a week ago and still not had a response since.
Customer service clearly isn’t a priority for this company avoid at all costs!
UPDATE
I got a response over a month ago claiming my exchange has been posted out and I should receive the following day, yet I’ve received nothing and not had a response back in over a week!

Would not even rate one star!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Go Skippy. My vehicle was written off in May 2025, and I promptly informed them of this and called to cancel my insurance policy. I was told everything had been handled, so I assumed the policy was closed after my claim.

To my surprise, I’ve now been contacted by a debt collection agency claiming I owe money on the cancelled policy. This is completely unacceptable, especially as I followed the proper procedure and received no further communication from Go Skippy indicating there was any issue.

Not only has this caused unnecessary stress, but it could also have a negative impact on my credit score — all because of poor internal communication on their end.

I’ve now had to chase this up myself to get it resolved. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

Sarah is a brilliant driving instructor!
After having driving lessons with a previous instructor I switched to Sarah, I couldn’t fault her at all! She taught me so much in such a short amount of time, Sarah is a kind , bubbly person who made me feel confident and at ease with test nerves. I loved our lessons they were such fun we would always have a laugh, thank you for helping me pass first time!
