DONT TRUST otrium

Otrium , haha .... when you complain about a wrong delivery or anything, their Robot responds to :" ohh sorry for the inconvenience..bla bla bla ... can you contact our customer service to fix the issue " ... and you contact then nobody responds to you . What it means they work without customer service. How would we trust you otrium ?!?!?!?
Also the discount percentage is always fake: what they do is that they raise the price then the offer that fake discounts and for who want proofs, I have screenshots for you all .

Bad experience

Be aware and think twice before buying from Otrium !!!
Last winter I spent a 1000,- Euros only buying Items from Otrium . I bought multiple designer clothes from Otrium and All of them had major problems : a designer coat got a broken zipper after 2 times use , a designer trousers a received it with a whole between legs , a banquet jacket , I ordered the original one , I got a copy made in China .
As a conclusion, all that didn't happened as a coincidence, after researches I found out that that the business of Otrium is selling clothes at the end of their life cycle, clothes that had been layed in the moisture a humidity for a years and years , until the point you don't feel warm while you are wearing them anymore . Clothes and fabric's tissue of their products are worn-out already hanging in their warehouses for years until they out of date especially material like polyester . So take that in consideration before throwing your money away please !!!
